Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship within 1-7 business days after purchase. (Unless it’s a made-to-order piece, or otherwise stated) Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll get an email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep :)

Orders ship Monday through Saturday, delivery times will vary depending on where you live and the shipping option you choose at checkout.

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, I am no longer responsible for the package. Any delays, losses, or damages that occur while in transit are the responsibility of the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as I cannot make changes once the order is shipped. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

International Orders: If you're ordering from outside the US, please note that customs fees or duties may apply, and these are the buyer’s responsibility.

Order Issues

Everything is handmade and packed with attention to detail, but if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact me within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue so I can make it right. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of each item, returns and exchanges are not accepted. But orders can be cancelled within 24hr of purchase.

Please be sure to check all sizing specifics and refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions about fit or measurements, feel free to reach out before purchasing.

Image Use Policy

All images on this website, including product photos, promotional visuals, and other related content, are owned exclusively by Mystic Avenue. Reusing, copying, or redistributing these images without my permission is prohibited.

Privacy Policy

Any personal information collected, like your name, email, and payment details, is used exclusively to process your orders. Your information is never sold or shared.
