Shipping policy

Orders ship within 1-7 business days after purchase. (Unless it’s a made-to-order piece, or otherwise stated) Once your order is packed and ready, you’ll get an email with tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep :)

Orders ship Monday through Saturday, delivery times will vary depending on where you live and the shipping option you choose at checkout. If you need your order in time for a festival / event you must leave the date you need it by in the notes at checkout!

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, I am no longer responsible for the package. Any delays, losses, or damages that occur while in transit are out of my control & are the responsibility of the carrier.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as I cannot make changes once the order is shipped. If you experience delivery issues, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
